Photographed 1970-79 by Günther Einhorn, picture courtesy of his son Ralf Einhorn.
According to PPM, the west wall of cubiculum had a yellow zoccolo which was subdivided into panels with plants and mirrored compartments.
in the middle zone the central aedicula had a red background with a central yellow portion in which was placed a painting of Selene and Endymion, uselessly protected from the elements by insufficient roofing.
The side panels, of which the one to the north was interrupted by a window, had a wide red border with a yellow centre.
